Die Face palletizer are available in Three types:
A) Water merges (Water dip)
B) Water spray
C) Air cooled.
For cutting Master batches XLPE & PP compounds first two options are proven and for Antifabs & Moisture sensitive materials air cooled die face cutter is advisable.
Water cooled die face cutters are equipped with Water classifiers to remove surface water contents from granules, cyclones are provided to remove moisture.
Air cooled die face cutters having two stage cooling cyclones to ensure granule cooled in conveying process before dumping in to classifier. All contact parts are made of SS304 grade steel, Cutter Rpm control through AC Inverter.
